## Description

**Synergy Preserve LLC** is seeking a **reliable and experienced Landscaping Technician** to provide professional landscaping and grounds maintenance services.

The technician will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, sidewalks, parking areas, and other designated outdoor areas. The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
- Remove weeds, leaves, grass clippings, branches, and other debris.
- Keep sidewalks, roads, parking areas, and surrounding grounds clean.
- Perform pruning and general landscape maintenance.
- Identify and report irrigation issues, damaged property, or other site concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the job.
- Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools.
- Follow all client and company safety requirements.
- Complete assigned work professionally and according to the required schedule.

### **Requirements:**

- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Professional and dependable attitude.

### **Required PPE:**

Technicians **must have and wear**:

- **Class 2 Safety Vest**
- **Safety Goggles**
- **Steel-Toe Boots**
