The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Position type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire Daily responsibilities: • Clean and prep forms for setup. • Setup forms so they are ready to place concrete into them. • Make steel reinforcement cages for forms. • Pour concrete into forms and finish with a trowel. • Paint, seal, and label finished product as needed. • Help with building wooden forms as needed. • Take apart metal and wood forms using various hand/power tools. • Help in yard with unloading, placement, or loading of product. • Cleanup, this is a big and very important part of the job. Other Duties as assigned Hours: Lakelands runs two shifts, Monday – Friday 6am to 2:30pm **or** 7am to 3:30pm. Required experience: Job training for this position will be provided by the company.
