**Job Title:** Junior Service Desk Technician

**Department:** Information Technology

**Location:** Onsite

**Description of Role:** Gursey Schneider LLP is seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Junior Service Desk Technician** to join our Information Technology team.

The Junior Service Desk Technician will provide frontline technical support to employees across the firm by troubleshooting common hardware and software issues, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, deploying and maintaining computers and peripherals, and ensuring technology issues are resolved promptly and professionally. As part of a small, hands-on IT department, this position supports multiple Gursey Schneider offices and remote employees and requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the firm. The role may occasionally involve assisting with technology projects outside normal business hours and is expected to work four days per week in the Century City office.
