By applying technical expertise and effective teamwork, the team consistently achieves operational excellence, contributing to a safe, reliable, and efficient facility environment. **What you'll do:** - Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, facilities, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality. - Inspect, diagnose, and document issues using blueprints, manuals, and tools to determine repair or replacement needs. - Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and compliance with regulations. - Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and parts procurement while maintaining accurate records and warranty claims. - Operate and inspect powered equipment safely, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards. - Participate in on-call rotations to support critical facility needs outside regular hours. **What you'll bring:** - Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and related facility equipment. - Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs. - Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. - Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment. - Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking. - Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with management and contractors.
