Collaboration and a commitment to excellence drive our efforts to maximize in-house electrical capabilities and maintain a secure environment aligned with company policies and safety regulations. **What you'll do:** - Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and safety guidelines. - Inspect, diagnose, and document issues using blueprints, manuals, and tools to ensure proper functionality and safety. - Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities, including ordering parts and tracking expenses. - Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs. - Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment safely, conducting pre- and post-operation inspections. - Collaborate with teams to improve processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe work environment. **What you'll bring:** - Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and related facility equipment. - Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs. - Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. - Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment. - Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking. - Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and contractors.
