By applying technical expertise and effective teamwork, the team consistently achieves operational excellence, supporting a safe and reliable facility environment. **What you'll do:** - Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, facilities, and equipment following established schedules and safety guidelines. - Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, and specialized tools. - Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information accurately. - Manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs. - Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment safely and in accordance with company policies. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain a safe work environment. **What you'll bring:** - Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures using multiple craft skills, including electrical work. - Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs. - Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently. - Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment. - Effective communication skills to coordinate with management, contractors, and team members. - Capability to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and documentation accurately. - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergencies.
