Your role Key responsibilities in your new role - **Project Leadership**: Assist R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development - **Workflow Optimization**: Support the engineering design team with optimization of workflows to help minimize project costs - **Debugging Support**: Support bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout - **Product** **Testing**: Work with Test Engineers to ensure test compliance for product specifications Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - **Education**: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering - **Engineering** **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity - **Process** **Development**: Knowledge creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development - **Soft** **Skills**: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills - **Process** **Simplification**: Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps - **Initiative**: A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required - **US citizen or green card holder**: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
