Do you want to be a part of it? **WHO WILL LOVE THIS JOB** - A chameleon, you can adapt quickly to any situation and will maintain your composure in difficult circumstances. - An efficient worker, you have top-notch organizational skills and can keep multiple plates spinning in the air. - A highly empathetic person, you find joy in connecting with people and show compassion to them as they seek help. - A calm presence, you stay composed under pressure and know how to help people feel heard during difficult moments. - A committed Christian, you are energized by spreading God’s Word and growing His Kingdom. **YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES** - Conduct phone screens to determine prospective clients' eligibility for the RAP Program, gathering detailed information to support appropriate placement. - Complete intake appointments, including obtaining required documentation, releases, and consent forms while ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the Mission's database. - Schedule case management appointments and other follow-up services to support a smooth transition into care. - Conduct property searches and urine analyses in accordance with program policies and procedures. - Connect clients with appropriate community resources and coordinate external referrals when program eligibility requirements are not met or different levels of care are needed. - De-escalate crisis situations and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to promote positive outcomes. - Build collaborative relationships with community providers and internal teams to ensure continuity of care and service delivery. - Demonstrate understanding and comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, company policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethical Conduct. - Follow the Mission’s Statement of Faith and lifestyle and adhere to the Mission’s employee policy manual and guidelines set forth by the CEO. - Lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organizational activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle. - Perform other duties within scope as assigned. ### **WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE** - High school diploma or GED required.
