# **What You’ll Do**

As an Inspector Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to inspect homes for:

- Rodent activity and damage
- Termite infestations
- Moisture-related issues
- Structural vulnerabilities

You’ll educate homeowners on your findings, recommend the right solutions, and help customers protect what matters most.This is a consultative, face-to-face sales role focused on building trust and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

- Drive to scheduled inspection appointments
- Perform thorough home inspections in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas
- Identify pest or moisture-related concerns
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Document inspection results professionally
- Help customers choose solutions that fit their needs
- Achieve personal sales goals while representing Alta with professionalism
