## Description

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- **Sales and Promotion:** Utilize technical knowledge to sell and promote our products, systems, and services.
- **Product Customization:** Work closely with production engineering to tailor products or services to meet customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Provide training, guidance, and responsive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.
- **Technical Expertise:** Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

- **Education and Experience:** College engineering or technology degree preferred, or significant industry experience.

- **Communication:** Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
