What you'll do: The **Inside Sales Representative** is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development. This role serves as a primary point of contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support. Working closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, the Inside Sales Representative ensures customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.   - Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections - Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives - Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams - Provide support to Outside Sales team - Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services What you'll bring: - Previous front-line customer service and sales experience - Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus - Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus - Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management - Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information What you'll earn: - * Retirement Benefits: 401k eligible with employer match * Health Insurance: Medical insurance, prescription drug coverage, vision and dental benefits, as well as life and disability insurance. * Paid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave: Applicants can expect to accrue 15 days of paid time off during their first year (4.62 hours for every 80 hours worked) and increased accruals after five years of service. * Paid Holidays: The company recognizes 8 paid holidays and three floating holidays per year. * Parental Leave * Annual safety shoe allowance * Paid training and certifications * Legal assistance and identity protection * Pet insurance * Employee assistance program (EAP) ***QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** We value diversity and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.*  To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
