## Description

**REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH - NO REMOTE WORK, MUST WORK ON SITE**

DAn Solutions is seeking an experienced **Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)** to support a newly awarded Defense Intelligence Agency program in Charlottesville, VA. This position will support cybersecurity compliance, Risk Management Framework activities, accreditation artifacts, vulnerability management, and secure system operations within a classified Intelligence Community environment. An active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph is required.

**Responsibilities include:**

- Support RMF activities throughout the system lifecycle
- Develop, maintain, and review cybersecurity and accreditation documentation
- Support system authorization and continuous monitoring activities
- Review system configurations, vulnerabilities, and security controls
- Coordinate vulnerability scans, remediation activities, and POA&M tracking
- Support security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Maintain required cybersecurity artifacts and system security documentation
- Work closely with system administrators, developers, engineers, and government cybersecurity personnel
- Support incident reporting and resolution as required
- Ensure systems remain compliant with applicable DoD and Intelligence Community cybersecurity requirements
- Assist with secure configuration, account/access control, and privileged-access requirements
- Support system changes, releases, and technical reviews from a cybersecurity perspective

**Required Qualifications:**

- Active **TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph**
- Professional experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, or ISSO functions
- Experience with RMF and system authorization processes
- Experience developing or maintaining cybersecurity documentation and accreditation artifacts
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and continuous monitoring
- Knowledge of DoD/IC cybersecurity requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Charlottesville, VA

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous DIA or Intelligence Community experience
- Security+ or equivalent **IAT Level II** certification
- Experience with eMASS or similar RMF/authorization tools
- Experience supporting classified systems
- Familiarity with STIGs, SCAP, ACAS, or similar security/compliance tooling
- Experience working with cloud or AWS-based environments
- Experience supporting system administrators, developers, and DevSecOps teams

**Salary Range Disclaimer:** The posted salary range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum compensation DAn Solutions expects to pay for this position. The position may be filled at different Labor Category (LCAT) levels depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements. Final compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the applicable LCAT and factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and other required qualifications
