## Description

We are seeking a kind, dedicated, and energetic Infant Teacher to lead a classroom and help cultivate a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. In this role, you will guide both children and your teaching team, ensuring a classroom culture that supports exploration, growth, and strong foundational development. **Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum aligned with early learning standards.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.  
  Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with families through daily updates and conversations.
- Ensure compliance with all school policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and accurate records.  
  Collaborate with school leadership and staff to support a positive and cohesive school culture.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement efforts.**Qualifications:**

- CDA preferred with a high school diploma, or a higher degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional childcare experience perferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass fingerprinting and background check and meet Georgia state licensing requirements.**Schedule:**  
Monday through Friday: 7.30 am- 4.30 pm
