**HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN)** is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals like you to join our caregiving team. This isn't just a job-it's a chance to bring comfort, companionship, and care to those who need it most.

**Position: In-Home Caregiver**

As a caregiver with HCAN, you'll provide high-quality, non-medical support and assistance to clients in their homes. You'll play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.

**Service Area:** 

Southwest Iowa

**Benefits:**

**Requirements:**

Must be 18 years or older

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have auto insurance

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities

Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)

Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility

Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs

Ensure home safety and fall prevention

Offer respite care for family caregivers
