# $18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

**Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.**

# $250 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualified new caregivers can earn a **$250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.**

To qualify, you must:

**Work at least 20 hours per week**

**Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days**

# MAKE EVERY SHIFT MATTER

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain **safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes**.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:

**Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care**

**Providing companionship and emotional encouragement**

**Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs**

**Helping with light housekeeping and laundry**

**Running essential errands when needed**

**Providing medication reminders**

**Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor**

**Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home**

**Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care**

# WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for caregivers who are:

**Compassionate, patient, and dependable**

**Professional and respectful**

**Able to communicate clearly in English**

**Strong with organization and time management**

**Committed to client safety and confidentiality**

**Able to provide reliable transportation**

**HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable**
