### Your New Role

- Install complete residential HVAC systems

- Replace air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment

- Install, modify, and seal ductwork as required

- Perform equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and system verification

- Verify proper airflow and overall system performance

- Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each installation

- Complete installation paperwork and required job documentation accurately

- 2 to 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

- Valid Texas Driver's License

- EPA Certification required

- Experience installing split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork

- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship
