## Description

**HVAC Installation Technician**  
**Manchester, NH**  
**$35.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience**

We are currently seeking an **HVAC Installation Technician** to join our Manchester, NH Operations Group. This position is responsible for installing, replacing, and retrofitting commercial HVAC systems while providing quality workmanship and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

### Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Install, replace, retrofit, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform HVAC installations and equipment replacements according to specifications and project requirements.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
- Attend all required safety training provided or sponsored by the company.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing HVAC installation and service work.
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance on job sites.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work overtime and weekends as needed based on business demands.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

### Qualifications

- Previous experience working with **commercial HVAC systems**.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have a **clean driving record**.
- **Boiler and steam experience is a plus.**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

### Physical Requirements

- Ability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders and stairways.
- Ability to work in various commercial and mechanical environments.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move materials weighing 51–100 lbs. and handle heavier materials when required.
- Must be able to perform the physical duties required for commercial HVAC installation, replacement, and retrofit work.
- Must have the visual and physical ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance and properly utilize all required PPE.
