**One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Outer Banks, NC**

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for an experienced **Lead HVAC Installer** to join our Outer Banks team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading install crews, and want consistent year-round work with a company that values its employees, we'd like to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**

- Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations
- Supervise and train installation helpers
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company standards
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment

**What We're Looking For**

- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage installations from start to finish
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
