We offer the finest luxury vacation rentals throughout Florida's Panhandle. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Installation of duct work and HVAC equipment - Ability to work in confined spaces (attic and under houses) - Maintain, clean and stock company vehicle - Ensure a clean and safe work area - Maintain safety protocols with home owners or guest - Ability to communicate with owners or guests professionally - Ability to work well with coworkers - Follow direction of job superintendent - Perform other duties as assigned by management **Work Days** - Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday but must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and afterhours, when required. **Physical Requirements** - Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods of time. - Lift and carry material weighing up to 75 lbs.; occasionally lifting items weighing more than 100 lbs. with assistance. - Ability to climb and utilize a ladder safely. - Good physical fitness: hand-eye coordination and ability to quickly respond to sounds. - Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including outdoors in times of excessive heat and inclement weather. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Valid driver's license **Benefits** Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Accrual plan, Voluntary Life, Short term and long term disability, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance Transparency in Coverage Act This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
