**HR Services Manager**

**What You'll Do**

**Be the Go-To HR Partner**

- *Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients*
- *Build strong relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions*
- *Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and benefits*

 **Drive Operational Excellence**

- *Oversee core HR functions like onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration*
- *Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR service delivery*
- *Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency*

 **Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team**

- *Mentor, coach, and develop HR team members*
- *Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth*
- *Ensure service levels are met-and exceeded*

**Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk**

- *Stay ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws*
- *Conduct audits and implement compliance best practices*
- *Address risks before they become problems*

**Innovate & Improve**

- *Identify opportunities to enhance HR services and client satisfaction*
- *Lead projects that drive efficiency and scalability*
- *Align HR strategies with broader business goals*

**Train & Empower**

- *Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams*
- *Support onboarding/offboarding of clients*
- *Be a trusted resource for HR best practices*

**Work Environment**

- *This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Occasional travel to client sites may be required*

**What we are Looking for:**

- *Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field*
- *5+ years of progressive HR experience*
- *2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role*
- *Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance*
- *Experience with HRIS and payroll systems*
- *Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills*

**Bonus Points For:** *HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP*
