## Description

**SCHEDULE:** 40 hours, Monday -Friday 6:30am-3Pm

**PAYS:** **$20.00 - $21.20 per hour, DOE (Salary** **ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)**  

**LOCATIONS**: Within the following Boston MA work sites: Food Service Building; 414 Harrison Ave.; 434 Harrison Ave.; 444 Harrison Ave.; 363 Albany St.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION:** 

The Housekeeper will perform daily Bathroom/Lobby Attendant – Men’s Inn, weekly, and monthly laundering and cleaning responsibilities as determined by the Supervisor.

**EDUCATION/TRAINING:**

REQUIRED:

- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand printed labels, signage, and instructions
- The ability to understand and speak English

**KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:**

REQUIRED:

- Minimum of six (6) months of institutional or commercial industry cleaning

**PREFERRED:**

- Knowledge of industry standards as applied to Sanitation and General Procedures

**PHYSICAL ABILITIES/SKILLS:**

REQUIRED:

- Ability to perform frequent bending, standing, stooping, stretching and walking
- Ability to turn over twenty-five (25) pound mattress for cleaning
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Ability to perform frequent and repetitive motions to perform all types of cleaning functions
