## Description

The NEW **Hampton by Hilton** in East Peoria is hiring!

We are seeking a part time Night Audit Front Desk Agent join our new team!

This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team. **This is a 3rd shift position. Must have weekend availability.**

We invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of providing memorable guests experiences.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
- Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
