## Description

Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to lead our established Hospitalist Program. This position offers a balanced blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

**Position Highlights**

* Monday–Friday schedule

* 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities

* Competitive compensation of $325,000–$350,000

**Leadership Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams

* Guide quality-improvement, patient-safety, and operational initiatives
* Help shape the continued growth and direction of the program
