## Description

## **Clinical Liaison RN (Hospice)****Location:** Cincinnati, Ohio **Schedule:** Monday–Friday + rotating weekends --- **About Queen City Hospice**At Queen City Hospice, we are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care during life’s most important moments. We are seeking a **Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse (RN)** who excels in fast-paced healthcare environments and is passionate about enhancing the patient and family experience. --- **Position Summary**The **Clinical Liaison RN** serves as the primary clinical contact for hospice referrals, providing **bedside assessments, admission coordination, and care transition support**.
