Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most. ## Nurse (RN or LPN) – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to provide one-on-one patient care in **Naschitti, NM**. The selected nurse will provide care in the patient’s home in accordance with an individualized care plan established by the patient’s physician. This is a **1099 independent contractor opportunity** with approximately **12 hours of nursing care per week**. ### Position Highlights - **Location:** Naschitti, NM - **Position:** RN or LPN - **Employment Type:** 1099 Independent Contractor - **Schedule:** 12 hours of nursing care per week - **Setting:** Patient’s private residence - **Sign-On Bonus:** **$2,500** - **Mileage Reimbursement:** Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible travel related to patient care, in accordance with company policy. ### About the Opportunity Once a patient is accepted into the program, **there is no expiration date on the benefit**, allowing caregivers to build meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients and provide consistent support for years to come. As the patient’s nurse, you will provide individualized care, advocate for the patient’s needs, and work closely with the patient and their care team.
