Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most.   # Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) **Location:** Apache Junction, AZ **Schedule:** 6 hours per day, 7 days per week **Pay:** $17–$19 per hour, based on experience **Employment Type:** 1099 Independent Contractor We are seeking a **compassionate, dependable, and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** to provide quality, one-on-one care in a patient’s home. The ideal candidate is caring, attentive, and committed to helping patients maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life. Care will be provided in accordance with the patient’s physician-established plan of care. ## Responsibilities - Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to the patient in the comfort and familiarity of their home. - Assist with **activities of daily living (ADLs)**, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other personal care needs. - Provide light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. - Prepare meals and assist with meal-related needs as appropriate. - Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and other measurements as directed by the plan of care. - Provide medication reminders in accordance with the established plan of care and within the scope of the caregiver’s role. - Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation of services provided and the patient’s condition. - Communicate appropriately with the patient’s family and other authorized individuals regarding the patient’s care, needs, and well-being. - Follow the established care plan and report changes in the patient’s condition or care needs to the appropriate person. - Protect the patient’s privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. ## Qualifications - Current HHA or CNA certification, as applicable. - Previous experience providing in-home or direct patient care preferred. - Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and follow a patient-specific plan of care. - Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently work the assigned schedule. - Ability to pass any required background checks and meet applicable employment or contracting requirements. ## Schedule & Compensation - **6 hours per day** - **7 days per week** - **$17–$19 per hour**, depending on experience and qualifications - **1099 independent contractor opportunity** - Care provided in the patient’s residence in **Apache Junction, Arizona** If you are passionate about helping others and take pride in providing compassionate, dependable care, we would love to hear from you.
