It is a fast-paced position where multitasking is key. The position coordinates caregivers, clients, schedules, authorizations, and communication to ensure clients receive the services they need while maintaining compliance and staffing coverage, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and manage caregiver schedules using company systems - Respond to schedule changes due to client requests, illness, vacations, or leaves of absence - Coordinate alternate coverage to ensure uninterrupted care - Support caregivers and office staff in delivering high-quality services - Ensure services align with client care plans and company standards - Conduct in-home visits, including new admissions and routine supervisory visits - Assist with reportable event management and compliance requirements - Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers - Travel throughout the service area as needed (approximately 30%) - Perform additional duties that support branch success --- **What Makes You a Great Fit?** We're looking for energetic professionals who enjoy multitasking, relationship building, and making a difference every day! **Requirements:** - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum of 1 year office experience - Experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems preferred - Caregiving or personal care experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory --- **Make an Impact Every Day** Every schedule you create, every caregiver you support, and every client you help contributes to improving someone's quality of life.
