Caregiver Retention & Satisfaction: Building rapport to keep our care staff engaged and responsive. Overtime Optimization: Efficient schedule balancing strictly inside client care plans. Total Earning Potential: $30.00 – $34.00+ / hour ### **About the Role** Are you a natural people person who loves solving complex puzzles and building relationships? We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and proactive **Care Scheduling Coordinator** who takes initiative. In this role, you won't just fill empty slots on a calendar-you will act as a matchmaker, strategist, and problem solver. When a caregiver says "no" to a shift, you don't throw in the towel.
