**Location:** Addus HomeCare 200 N 2nd Street **Paragould, AR 72450**

**Hours:** Part Time This is an hourly position with a set schedule of 3 days/24 hours per week.

Servicing Counties: Mississippi | Greene | Craighead | Randolph | Lawrence | Poinsett | Clay | Jackson

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Follow up for unskilled services
- Present educational in-service trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
- 2 years of experience required
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
