This role is critical to meeting current care plan requirements, completing home visits and ensuring our clients can safely remain with our services. The Licensed practical nurse performs assessments and simple medical nursing procedures in client's homes, under the guidance of the RN Supervisor, in accordance with physician's orders. This home care opportunity has **No weekends and No On-Call schedule!** **Hours:** self-scheduled during the week. Monday through Friday.
