Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.   ### What You'll Need - 2-5 years of onsite HOA high rise General Manager experience - CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. - Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process. - Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Effective presentation skills. - Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently. - Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.   We are looking for a true leader that can hire, train and motivate an exceptional staff to provide a level of customer service that exceeds the residents' expectations.
