The HWC enforces rules and policies of the YMCA Health Center and the Association in a positive and consistent manner. They will take responsibility for the condition and cleanliness of the Health Center and all equipment. The HWC provides members with a quality fitness experience that reflects a positive image of the YMCA. The EGym attendant provides information and instruction to members through onboardings and demos to help members utilize EGym resources safely and correctly.
