## Description

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking **Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I** to join our team in **Clovis, CA**.  

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least **1 year of apartment maintenance experience** who wants to grow their career while training under an experienced Maintenance Technician.  

As a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our apartment community. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done, and like working both indoors and outdoors, we'd love to hear from you!  

**Compensation & Schedule:**

- Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) plus benefits
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- On-call rotation required as needed

**What You'll Do:**

- Maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community.
- Pick up trash, remove debris, and keep common areas clean and inviting.
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
- Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests.
- Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects.
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on work.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
