## Description

**NOW HIRING: Glass Production Operators – Day Shift**

**$20.00+ per hour DOE | Monday–Thursday + Some Fridays**

No glass experience? **No problem.** Most team members start as a **Loader/Unloader**, learn our processes, and have opportunities to develop additional glass fabrication skills and grow within the company.

- **Day Shift:** Monday–Thursday + some Fridays
- **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to finish
- **Pay:** **$20.00+ per hour DOE +Quarterly profit sharing**
- Experienced glass fabrication operators may qualify for higher starting pay
- Hands-on manufacturing work
- Operate and learn glass fabrication equipment
- Keep production moving safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Team player who is willing to learn and train others
- Glass fabrication experience is a plus — **we provide training for specific glass fabrication skills**
