This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate and monitor production equipment, perform machine setups and changeovers, inspect equipment, maintain accurate production records, and help make sure products meet our quality requirements. During a typical shift, you’ll: - Safely operate and monitor production equipment - Perform machine setups and product changeovers according to the production schedule - Monitor production processes and make sure equipment is operating properly - Conduct routine equipment inspections - Help troubleshoot equipment issues - Assist with minor equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities - Use measuring devices to verify products meet requirements - Complete production records and work orders accurately - Maintain accurate inventory transactions and product traceability - Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other industrial equipment as needed - Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized according to 5S standards - Cross-train on additional equipment and processes - Support other production needs as required **You Could Be a Great Fit If You:** We’re looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
