## Description

OPEN INTERVIEWS – FRONT-OF-HOUSE SERVICE STAFF

**The Country Club of Buffalo**  
**Thursday, October 8th**

**10:00 AM – 1:00 PM**

The Country Club of Buffalo is hiring year-round Front-of-House Service Staff to join our dining team!

We are seeking individuals with AM and PM availability who enjoy working with people and providing professional, attentive service in a member-focused environment.

### AVAILABLE POSITIONS

**A La Carte Dining Server**  
Provide traditional table service to our members for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a polished dining environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing attentive and professional table service
- Following proper steps of service
- Communicating professionally with members and team members
- Learning monthly menu changes
- Maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Completing side work, including polishing silverware and glassware

**Banquet Server**  
Support private events, weddings, golf outings, and other club functions, particularly during our busy summer season.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing efficient service during high-volume events
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Executing plated and buffet service
- Carrying trays and assisting with food and beverage service
- Moving and setting tables, chairs, and event furniture
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution
