## Description

# NOW HIRING: Forklift Operator – 1st Shift | $18/hour + Weekly Attendance Bonus

Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA  
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Custom Filters Direct is growing and looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 1st Shift team in Bloomsburg, PA.

This position is ideal for someone with previous forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in keeping materials moving efficiently between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.

### Pay & Schedule

- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
- 90-Day Pay Increase: $19.00/hour following a successful performance and attendance evaluation
- $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus for completing the full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences, tardiness, or missed time
- Weekly Pay
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on business needs

### What You'll Do

- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and incoming/outgoing materials
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations
- Stage materials for production, warehouse, and shipping needs
- Maintain safe and organized material storage areas
- Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections
- Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement
- Support general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
- Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and other team members to keep operations running efficiently

### What We're Looking For

- Experience operating a sit-down forklift required*
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
- Ability to safely load, unload, stack, stage, and transport materials
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Forklift certification preferred; qualified candidates must be willing to complete company-required training/certification

### Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of a physically active warehouse position, including:

- Frequently getting on and off forklift equipment throughout the shift
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse and production areas
- Handling and moving materials as required
- Working around active manufacturing and warehouse equipment
- Performing duties safely for the duration of the scheduled shift
