At Olive & Finch, we believe in inclusive leadership, sustainable growth, and nourishing both our guests and our teams. **Position Summary** The FOH Crew is a key member of the guest-facing team responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience. This role supports daily operations by greeting guests, bussing tables, running food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant environment. As a tip-eligible, crew-level role, this position is essential in delivering seamless hospitality and supporting the restaurant's overall success. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. - Run food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. - Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area. - Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, counters, restrooms, and common areas. - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. - Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth shift operations. - Communicate effectively with BOH staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction. - Follow Olive & Finch service standards and uphold brand values at all times. **Qualifications** - Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. - Strong guest service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure. - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs. - Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. **Competencies / Core Values** - Guest-focused and service-oriented. - Collaborative and team-minded. - Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. **Reporting Structure** Reports to the General Manager.
