Key job responsibilities You will be the finance lead for a number of Product/Tech programs for WW PV A day in the life · Every day is different and you will constantly be challenged to think differently to create entitlements for new projects. · Manage and automate reccurring reporting through AI, which gives you time to build out new processes adding value for your business partners. . Manage resource allocation across OPEX budgets for teams · Use data systems such as SQL and Quicksight to identify insights and surface to management. · Work hands on to create financial models to analyze the expected financial impact of new product developments on the Prime Video interface. · Assist with co-authoring highly visible and strategic business reporting to senior management. · Leveraging AI for automation About the team This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their entertainment industry experience within Finance. We are motivated by the challenge and success to produce premium content in the ever-changing digital entertainment business. ## Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience ## Preferred Qualifications - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
