Do right by people, every time. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • Serve as the primary Finance Manager -- presenting and selling finance, lease, and protection products using a consistent, compliant menu process on every deal • Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- working with lenders to maximize approval rates and present options that genuinely serve each guest's financial situation • Build and maintain productive lender relationships -- including Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, rate subvention structures, lease options, and supplemental luxury lenders • Cover the sales desk as needed -- desking deals, supporting the consultant team, and keeping floor operations moving during peak periods or when sales management coverage is required • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and Hawaii-specific regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and all applicable documentation and disclosure standards on every deal • Partner with sales management to ensure clean, complete deal packages and fast funding timelines • Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records throughout every transaction • Stay current on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, product offerings, lender relationships, and compliance requirements **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** • 2+ years of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required • Sales desk or sales management experience a meaningful plus -- the ability to step in and desk deals confidently is what makes this hybrid role work • Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand F&I experience preferred -- familiarity with MBFS programs, lease structures, and high-net-worth buyer profiles accelerates effectiveness from day one • Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration -- VSC, GAP, and protection product performance that reflects a disciplined, guest-first approach • Working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services -- rate subvention programs, lease structures, and MBFS tier criteria • Deep knowledge of dealership compliance requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable documentation standards • Composed, credible communicator -- Maui's MB guests are high-expectation and the finance office experience should match the sales floor standard • Prior DMS experience preferred -- familiarity with platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record **WHAT WE OFFER** • **OTE of $72,000 -
