## Description

The **EVS Attendant** is responsible for performing cleaning duties, as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor, throughout the property.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service and exceed guest expectations.
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas.

Performs other job-related duties as requested.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

**Education**

- High School Diploma or GED - **Preferred**

**Work Experience**

6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience General cleaning or customer-facing experience - **Required**

**Additional Requirements**

**General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment - Preferred**  

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
