### **OVERVIEW**

The Event Sales Administrator supports the Event Sales team by managing administrative tasks that ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the event lifecycle. This role streamlines processes, reduces workload for Sales Managers and Coordinators, and serves as the operational backbone of the department — handling everything from floor plans and signage to event systems and closeouts, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities.

A successful Events Admin will be a strong developer of relationships and people, enforcer of high standards and driver of event sales. The Level99 Events Admin has honesty and personal integrity that is above reproach, choosing humility over the need to “be right,” and in all things acts as though s/he is the Owner and Operator of the Level99 events business.

***While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!***
