Our customer base is comprised of companies in the data center (our main focus), financial, computer service provision, and semiconductor manufacturing sectors LayerZero Power Systems is on a trajectory of sustained growth, with a loyal customer base of existing Fortune 100 customers and an expanding portfolio of new customers. **Position Description: Epoxy/Paint Operator 2nd Shift** As an Epoxy/Paint Operator at LayerZero Power Systems, you will be responsible for the preparation, coating, and finishing of metal components and enclosures used in high-performance power distribution systems. Your work will directly contribute to the durability, safety, and appearance of mission-critical equipment. **Primary Duties:** - Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blasting - Apply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniques - Operate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accurately - Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met - Read and follow build specs, safety data sheets (SDS), and digital instructions - Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards - Assist teammates with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements - Use PPE and tools correctly and follow all safety guidelines **Experience & Skills:**  - Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on work - Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts - Good hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspection **Education:** - High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred **Why Join Us?
