### **Make a difference as a Entry Level Extrusion Laborer**

As an Entry Level Extrusion Laborer at Flextrude, you can expect an engaging and fast-paced work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include operating and monitoring extrusion machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting in the setup and maintenance of equipment. Your typical schedule will be full-time, with 12-hour day shifts from Monday through Friday. To succeed as an Entry Level Extrusion Laborer at Flextrude, you'll need a diverse set of skills and attributes. A solid mechanical aptitude is essential, along with basic machine operation capabilities such as experience as a saw helper or press operator. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety protocols is crucial for maintaining a safe work environment. You should be able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals accurately. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages, will be necessary for various tasks.

The physical aspect of the role requires the ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and quality control is vital, as is the ability to work collaboratively with others. Effective teamwork and communication skills will help ensure a positive and productive work atmosphere.
