## **What You'll Do**

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll become an important part of someone's daily life by providing personalized support at home and in the community.

Your day might include:

- Encouraging independence through everyday activities
- Assisting with life skills, routines, and personal care when needed
- Taking individuals into the community for shopping, recreation, or appointments
- Helping achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones
- Building trusting relationships with individuals and their families
- Documenting services using our simple mobile app
