An Analyst at this level compiles, analyzes and reports volume, productivity, quality and other statistical data to management. **Primary Responsibilities** - Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement - Works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing - Identifies operational problems and recommends solutions - Collaborates with teams to solve items - Provides periodic reports to management - Creates and maintains policies, procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service - Works with supervisors and/or managers to ensure that teams comply with the stipulated principles and standards - Assists with projects led by lines of business management - Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience **Skills and Competencies** - Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance - Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational skills - Knowledge of banking operations - Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) - Strong written and verbal communication skills ​ **Preferred Qualifications:** - Proficiency with SQL, including writing queries, joins, and data analysis against large relational databases. - Experience designing and publishing Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive-level performance metrics. - Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and report automation. - Experience leveraging data analytics to drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and strategic decision-making. **Additional Job Details:** - Supports all aspects of Collection attorney/agency processes, procedures, completes quality control reviews, Recovery System testing of processes, provides forecasting of product volumes/recovery rates to support maximum dollars recovered. - Account/Invoice Reconciliation - Maintains workflow and process flow documentation to ensure it remains current and accurate. - Monitor and review results and processes to ensure compliance to procedures. - Supports Judgement calculation documentation and calculations to ensure accuracy. - Supports vendor SLO for tasks assigned on vendor(s) to ensure proper TPRM management. - May participate in UAT of system changes. **This role operates on a hybrid schedule, consisting of three onsite workdays and two remote workdays per week.** **Proximity to Hoover, AL required.** **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
