**Engineering Analyst II**

**LOCATION:** Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

**JOB STATUS:** Full-time

**CLEARANCE:** Ability to Obtain Secret

**CERTIFICATION:** NA

**TRAVEL:** As Needed

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an **Engineering Analyst II** located at **Redstone Arsenal** in **Huntsville, AL**. Astrion has worked extensively with Redstone Arsenal where it has earned a reputation for on-time delivery of high-quality products tailored to the needs of its clients.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**

- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited* college/university and 3 years of experience analyzing results of tests, assisting in ensuring data integrity and quality, providing statistical analysis and presenting findings to team members and management; or an Associate's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited* college/university and 5 years of applicable experience; or 7 years of applicable experience; or 7 years of applicable military experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Collect/record operational and maintenance data on assigned U.S. Army aircraft/systems IAW customer and test plan directives.
- Assist the RAM project lead manager in data quality assurance and preparing scheduled reports
- Review maintenance and flight records
- Write narrative description of events in the Test Incident Reports (TIRs) and initial quality assurance review forms
- Compile trend analysis, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Occasional travel, shift, weekend, holiday work.
