### Your New Role

- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line maintenance and repair services

- Diagnose drain and sewer system issues using industry-standard equipment

- Operate electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras safely and effectively

- Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers

- Complete service documentation accurately and on time

- Maintain company equipment and follow all safety procedures

- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekend emergency service as assigned

- Provide drain cleaning and sewer services for residential and commercial customers throughout Woodland and the surrounding area.

- At least 2 years of professional drain cleaning or plumbing experience

- Experience using electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer inspection cameras

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

- Good communication and customer service abilities

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including working in confined spaces when required

- Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime when needed

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Experience with CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) methods is a plus
