In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

**Uncapped commissions + hourly base**

**Set hourly rate $20**

**Most team members average $25- $30 an hour**

**Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour**

**Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!**

We fuel your success and once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with **even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.**

**Interview Process**

1st Round Phone Interview with Recruiter

2nd Round In Person Interview with Hiring Team

**Schedule**

**40 hours weekly**

* Mon–Fri: **9:30am-6pm**
