## Description

We are on Fire Norman! Ignite Medical Resort Norman is searching for a Director of Rehabilitation to join our Dynamic team.

**This position is open to PT/PTA, OT/COTA , CCC-SLP**

In this role, you will manage all of the in-house therapy day to day operations of a 49 bed all skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidates will possess the following but not limited to:

- Manage a high volume caseload of all skilled patients
- Experience with Rehab Optima (preferred)
- Programming with ACP modalities (preferred)
- Current PT, PTA, OT, COTA or CCC-SLP License in OK (required)
- Experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses Management and staff development experience
- Dedication to superior service and outcomes

**Hours**: Full Time, Salary
